Animoto presentation tool now on Facebook & YouTube

If you are sick of not only the usual PowerPoint Templates but by this type of presentation all together Animoto announced that they now have a new Facebook app called "Animoto Videos" and that you can use the images you already have on your Facebook or the pictures you're tagged in to make the great Animoto videos that they've already got us used to.
In addition to that they've partenered up with Youtube so you can post your Animoto videos directly to your YouTube account. This very useful new feature under the video player.
Awsome.

How to give a great look to your PowerPoint Design Template

I'm not gonna talk about the basic stuff, like how to save or edit the slide master of a PowerPoint Template (I already did). In this post I'm gonna tell you how to make it look good.

First and foremost you need to make it as simple as possible.

Don't put all the text that you are gonna say on the slide. That'll make it look very messy, unproffesional and it'll distract the audience's attention by reading what you are saying ahead of you. And that's not good.
A great way is to use images. You can find great images all over the internet and especially at flickr.com. But don't spread images all over a slide and put stupid animations, put the more like background images. And if you want to put some text put it over the image. Do not allign the text in the middle (looks very common), but try alligning it to something else in the picture. And do not use all kinds of unappropriate colors and text effexts.
One way to do it is to use just one word one slide. t'll be simple, it'll look fresh, it'll make you look like a pro.

Cheers!
